Returns

If 14 days have gone by since you received in hand your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a credit note or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened & unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

10.(1) Save where the exceptions provided for in regulation18 apply, the consumer shall have a period of fourteen (14) days to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract, without giving any reason, and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in regulations 15(2) and 16:

13.(1) Before  the  expiry  of  the  withdrawal  period,  the consumer shall inform the trader of his decision to withdraw from the contract. For this purpose, the consumer may either:(a) use the model withdrawal form as set out in Part B of the Schedule (attached);

15.(1) The trader shall reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including, if applicable, the costs of delivery without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which he is informed of the decision of the consumer to withdraw from the contract in accordance with regulation 13

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

A full refund will be automatically done if you do not receive your item within 45 business days from the date of your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A full refund will be issued if the client does not receive his order after 28 business days due to the delivery delay.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@mydiscountmalta.com

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mydiscountmalta.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Delivery Processing Time

Delivery for all the items in stock is 1-3 business days. Delivery for all the items that need to be ordered from our warehouse overseas is 7-14 business days. 

You might add 2 extra business days for all the delivery in Gozo. 

Cancellation Order

A full refund will be issued within 30 days maximum of the request if the cancellation is happening within 48 hours from the placement of the order. 

For all the purchases paid online, a fee of 4.75% of the amount of the total order will be deducted from the refund. 

For all the orders cancelled after 48 hours from the placement of the order, refund will be exclusively done as VOUCHER. 

Warranty Manufacturer 

Your warranty will be valid for a period of 24 months.

If anything goes wrong, firstly we would suggest contacting us directly by email at info@mydiscountmalta.com. Then we will assist you online. If we can’t resolve the problem online, you will have to bring your appliance directly to our Technical Department (booking fees 35 euros applicable). 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 75.00 euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
